Pre-Construction

In our experience, early involvement with the General Contractor is one of the keys to a successful project. Initial participation in the design process allows us to better understand the project's challenges and work with the Design Team; from the Architect, Engineers, Consultants and Owner to ensure that the project stays on track from a schedule and cost perspective. This close communication, collaboration and accountability is the best way to understand and quickly resolve any issues that arise so that the project can continue on schedule.

Services

Design & Engineering

Once H2 has been brought onboard as the builder, we like to take a collaborative approach to working with all members of the design and engineering team.  We have found that open communication among all parties is the best way to deal with understanding any problems and quickly solving them so the project can continue on schedule. H2 encourages owners to enlist our design-build services for the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Sprinkler portions of the project which allows control over design and costs.

Project Management

We adhere to a comprehensive, detailed approach to the actual construction process that clearly defines what the Owner can expect from us before, during and after the building is completed. This includes proper staffing at all levels of management, schedule monitoring, cost control and financial oversight to keep all parties updated on the project's budget.

We maintain strong working relationships with all our subcontractors based on years of working together and mutual trust.

We also coordinate and track all project closeout components from final reports, warranties, permit and regulatory sign-offs, O&M manuals and as-built drawings.
